Our Yoga classes have been created to energise your whole being, helping to reduce stress and tension in your mind and body, improve flexibility, increase mobility and promote positive physical and mental health.
Classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners, to experienced students wanting to try something different. Our Wednesday & Friday classes are slower flows and particularly suitable for clients with restorative needs, pain in the body or those who prefer a slower moving class. However everyone is welcome at any class and modifications are offered wherever needed.
Classes include a mix of styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantra & Vinyasa Yoga as well as cleansing pranayama breathing, meditation and affirmations to aid self love and body confidence.

Our weekly Breath and Flow Vinyasa Yoga classes are suitable for all abilities and bodies, these small groups allow for more individual attention, a sense of community and hands on assistance, to help prevent injury and to guide the body into better alignment.
Gemma will take you on a yogic journey of breath and flow, encouraging you to breathe deeply and move with strength, and ease. Each class is different with a multi -style of yogic techniques, to help your body feel energised and your mind calm.
Join us on the mat for our weekly 90 minute, Restorative Yoga Therapy and Meditation class. Suitable for all abilities these small group sessions will guide you through, deep pranayama breathing techniques and therapeutic yoga postures. Focusing on healing the body from the inside out no matter what your condition or needs, Yoga Therapy can help the mind, body and soul.
A 30 minute meditation session will follow, a wonderful extended savasana using the voice and sound. This class is online and in the studio.
Every Friday is our weekly Slow Flow Yoga class with Gemma.
Flowing slowly through a variety of different yoga postures, will help you connect your breath and body in a wonderfully deep way. You will move like water and build a lovely flow of energy, allowing for a sense of calm, positivity and your body will feel longer and lighter.
Props and mats are available however bring your own mat if you can, to create a bond you can take anywhere with you.

Want to start your own practice on your own terms or can't commit to regular classes? Join the Breath and Flow Yoga library instead. In this online resource you'll find full classes to work through at your leisure and updated weekly, one off yoga flows, targeted sessions for specific complaints and mini sessions to work through poses individually and concentrate on your form.
The yoga library is a monthly subscription service which is regularly updated and provides you with direct access to the class tutors should you have any questions or need assistance.

Yoga Therapy focuses on your needs. It's a Holistic healing practice aimed to improve and prevent a number of health and lifestyle conditions.
Gemma is a RYT certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist. She will create a bespoke Yoga Therapy programme specific to your needs. Whether it be pain relief due to postural problems, scoliosis or spondylitis. If you're having trouble sleeping or insomnia. Suffering from depression, stress or anxiety. Maybe it's Asthma, COPD or digestive issues. Menopause, fertility issues or other homonal disorders for example PCOS. Or one of many other lifestyle disorders. Yoga Therapy really can help.
You will be guided through carefully selected Pranayama breathing techniques, yoga asanas and meditation to help improve any specific conditions you may have and give your health and all round positive boost. The programme will also include advice on Ayurvedic nutrition, yogic diet and how to embrace positive mindset techniques, to help you cultivate a positive attitude towards yourself and your healing journey.
